Zuri Zanzibar

This hotel is just wonderful! The rooms are unbelievably cozy and stylish! The little treats we receive each day! The bed is very comfy.
External shower in the room is just the cherry of the cake!
Great breakfast and dinner! Food was great!
Very relaxing, great massages.
Facilities are beautiful! Everything with amazing details, either on the beach or by the pool!

Disliked · Wish yoga was included in the rate, as it’s already really high.

WiFi poor – the food not high quality- no more favorite for food- the moktail drinks not tasty- the bottle of water in room its big – the service its poor in every where in resort – the A/C its not cold its like fan ..

Disliked · I do think someone should make it clear that beverage is free only for breakfast and you need to pay extra in the evening. Was surprised to pay for water and tea.

The staff from the first point of contact are well informed and friendly. There is a warmth in their hospitality which feels lovely! The property itself is absolutely incredible, if you’re wondering whether to book; just go ahead and do it! You will have the most lovely experience! Clear water, amazing amenities, great massages, appetising food, eco friendly rooms with an outdoor shower! Having stayed at most of the hotels on the Nungwi coast, I would definitely rate Zuri as one on the very top of the list!

Disliked · It would be great if yoga classes were part of the stay, even if its 2 passes per person or alternating days of the week.

The resort is amazing, the staff is quite friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails served @ Bahari Bar & their grilled prawns were amazing. Kurwa, Abel, Amina and Bora really looked after us during our stay.

The location is good, the atmosphere is amazing and the room was just perfect. It is good for adult and the place is very romantic

Disliked · 1. The quality of the food is good but there was no options.
2. They took a deposit of 200$ To borrow a game/puzzles from the lobby.
3. I wanted to extend 2 more nights at the hotel but the only availability room that they have is suite. I expected from them to have alternative option since the price is too high and to lose interested customer.
4. They didn’t inform us during the check in that the drinks are not included.

Disliked · Unfortunately food. Breakfasts are good, even with a small variety of dishes they have great fresh juice bar. But evening selection was not always tasteful.

Loved the design, the staff, the food was very tasty and healthy, we had half board included dinner was like a fine dining.
We stayed in the past in other resorts and none of them can’t be compared with Zuri.
The beach is the best in Zanzibar, it was really paradise there

· Zuri is an amazing stay, absolutly sure best in Zanzibar Island with top location on the north-west side of island.. All resort is in perfect conditions, gardens and surroundings feel like jungle even this resort is almost brand new (garden has just 6 years). All facilities, services, gastro and comunication works very well and guest can feel safe and comfortable. We did enjoy this lovely place a lot!
