The staff were so friendly. The tents by the lake were secluded and lovely. The tranquil environment was very refreshing. The food at the restaurant was lovely.

The staff are lovely and really helpful and accommodating. It’s beautiful and peaceful to stay on the lake.

Disliked · They only served instant coffee at breakfast, my hot water didn’t work and there wasn’t always wifi

Disliked · Nothing. Unfortunately, you can not swim in the lake.

Staff was very accommodating of our dietary preferences (vegan), and comped us things when we ran into inconveniences.

Disliked · Noisy bar nearby made it hard to sleep. Also, booked a cottage but they placed us in a tent room (although it was very nice). Some of the events/services were less impressive than expected, like small pool and very small/restricted area for canoeing.

The place, cleanliness, friendly staff, hospitality, the view and privacy, quatiness, everything is beautiful here. I like the room with private swimming pool.

Disliked · Need to have more porters, the rooms are a bit far to carry the luggage but it is also fun and exercising.

There wasn’t a wirking wifi when i visited.
No visa or MasterCard accepted.
The food is horrible.
They don’t attend to problems reported in time.
