Very friendly and helpful staff.
Comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. About 5 minutes to the Ferry Terminal and 15 mins lovely walk to town.

Very clean hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. They do their best so you will have a wonderful stay. It is well located (near the ferry and near the dalla-dalla stop) and you are in the touristic center in less than 5 min of walking (if you do not get lost in the streets).

It is very close to the port area where you can take a direct boat to the prison island and also 1km from the most famous things to do in Stone Town. Wonderfull terrace on the roof !

Pocket friendly and great / lovely breakfast.
Internet was slow but picked up. The ambiance looked like those of an old hostel. It should be upgraded.

The hotel is situated walking distance from all tourist attractions. It is VERY good value for money if you are traveling on a budget.
The room was clean, with a fully functioning air conditioner and ceiling fan. The bathroom is one of those shower/toilet combo’s, but it was not off-setting as the bathroom was clean and modern with an amazing shower head.
Although it is quite small, it was perfect for a young couple spending only a few nights in Stown Town.
It was a bit noisy at times, but never later than 10 pm. There is also an outdoor loudspeaker that broadcasts “The Islamic Call to Prayer” only a few meters away from the hotel. It may be annoying to some, but we just saw it as part of the Stone town experience.

Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Nice roof terrace and breakfast way above average.
It’s so close to one of the big mosques that I literally jumped off my bed when it called to praying at 5 am. Luckily it was just the call and went on for only a couple of minutes.

The staffs go out of their way to ensure that guests are happy and comfortable. I was given free accommodation for a day as my flight was in the afternoon. The staffs assist guests to find good local tour deals for guests. Very close to the Malindi ferry harbor.

Very close to the ferry port. But also close enough to the city center (walking distance, about 10 minutes).
Nice staff.
We booked a twin room with two separated beds and when we arrived, we found a doble room with only one bed. Fortunately, they managed to change it for a twin room.
Even if the website said that all the rooms had mosquito net, we didn’t have them in our room (they argued that they were washing all of them…). After we asked for them, only a mosquito net for one of the beds was put (and not one for each bed).
The loudspeaker of the nearby mosque was absolutely annoying: it was like if it were IN the room, waking us up every morning at 5.20 am!!
Finally, payment with credit card was not accepted (only dollars), even if the information on Booking says that it is accepted.

Nice and friendly staff. Annoying mosque near (but I was there on Saturday, probably the worst day).

The location was good. It is very close to the ferry port. The breakfast was ok. The staff and the owners were super nice and helpfull. Especially the owner Turkish lady Kevser she was sooo nice, she gave us tips about Zanzibar and she tired to make us feel at home during our stay.
The safe box doesnt look safe to me. Literally it is a small steel box in the room that it is kind of chained to somewhere. It looks like someone can easily grab and take the safebox out of the room. We didnt feel safe parking our car on the street. They dont have an actual parking lot. But it is like this in every hotel in Zanzibar.

The staff at the reception was very friendly. The room was ok and the location good.
The breakfast was rated high but in actual fact was the worst in Zanzibar from all three properties we stayed in through booking . com
The fruit was a minimal and not fresh as well a the slice of bread/ toast clearly the staff had no experience as they touched the food while we trying to eat. They were friendly but lacked any knowledge of food handling. The view of the roof terrace is nice.
