Sinzia Villas

We chose this place as it was walking distance from our car rental but this was much better than expected. It was spotlessly clean, very safe and quiet, and the breakfast was amazing.
The host couldn’t be more helpful and he’s super knowledgable on the park visits which is a blessing when you are travelling independently.

This place was really wonderful. They make a delicious meal and the whole family is so kind. The family is very considerate of your needs – we were headed on safari and they set up lunches for us the next day. I cannot speak highly enough of this place

I stayed here one night; room was very clean and comfortable. The room looked nice with a lot of lovely details and the bed was comfortable too.

The staffs here are so friendly, amazingly and helpful, they will do whatever they can to assist you.I really love this Sinzia villas because of the small details that have been put in place just to make you feel comfortable.

The hotel is a little hard to find but Jay is always available to direct you. It is somewhat far from the city center but the taxi is easy for the ride cost just 10,000 Tanzania shilings.

Sinzia villas is located Arusha-Sakina opposite Arusha modern School.

I would highly recommend staying Sinzia villas.

This was pretty much what you can expect from this price. Room was clean, water came from shower and it was hot enough. Breakfast was good too and even wifi was working. Comparing price, I was like to say this was pretty good!

inzia villas in Arusha is just the place to be.I love the small details that have been put in place just to make you feel comfortable.the staff are so friendly and accomodative they made me feel home not to mention the good food and comfy beds plus the hot showers.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Arusha

“Perfect place to start and/or end your journey. Rooms and communal space are spotless. Jay is a very friendly host, ready to help and advise you at all time. Food is delicious, really no need to go outside 🙂 Decent mattress, hot water, spacious double room. Quiet at night. Very reasonable price. What more can you ask for….”

The staff was nice and welcoming. The rooms were quite decent, some smaller and some bigger, provided with thick duvets. However, bed and pillows were not comfortable. We woke up sore next morning. Bathroom was decent, but note that not all rooms have ensuite bathroom but rather external private bathroom. This is sadly not mentioned when you book your room. Nonetheless, we managed to resolve it. Breakfast were simple but nice. We also had a dinner there which was also enjoyable, however, the TIP BOX at the end of the
dinner came as a big surprise to all people sitting at the table (never had such experience). Therefore, I have a tip:don’t put your tip box on the dining table, please. We already pay for our dinner.

“The host Jay was very warm and welcoming. Although we stayed only for one night, we had really interesting and enjoyable conversations with him about Tanzanian culture. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a very nice common living room and dining area. The home cooked meals are so delicious you must definitely opt for it rather than going out to a restaurant. Would have loved to stay more than a night just for the food 🙂 The pickup from Arusha airport to his place was also very convenient

We booked this hotel very late and when we came there they told that we do not have room. Even we had booking. They arranged a little bit and we got our room after half an hour waiting. Place was very nice and rooms too and we wanted to stay couple of more nights, but there was not room for us.
I could have given 5 points, but because of poor wifi, I can not give full points.

A little bit lost, since the entrance is on a very small street just big enough for the van to enter, but it’s where Google says.

The place is more in the hostel or house type, shared bathroom and toilets. Clean place and friendly staff.
