Serene Beach Resort

· The way my visit was well organized and coordinated was excellent. Arrangements for picking up was awesome. Handsome and cute restaurant attendant made every meal more delicious.

Disliked · Matoke nyama meal had one component not that fresh, my first meal it was

Beautiful view, excellent food, menu well thought out, well stocked bar, all round very good value for money.

Disliked · A generator would be a good idea, but the power cuts were short.

· the room was specious and perfect, everything was great!

Disliked · the only thing that needs improving is the TV channels, they were limited

The staff was very helpful in every respect. The breakfast is awesome. The executive rooms are pleasant.

Disliked · Three dinner menu needs to be revamped, or at least rethought IMHO. It’s a bit expensive and the value is very hit-and-miss in many cases.

· the location is bit far from CBD though the price is great. If you have an important meeting at the center of DSM you might need to consider to stay closer/Within CBD

Disliked · Not big deal some staff takeong time to sort minor issues. It happen every other place. Still most of them were kind and friendly

Liked · Beach front rooms have a great view and breakfast was really good. Staff were so friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay and I would certainly recommend the resort for anybody looking for a great place and great value.

Disliked · Chairs at the bar could have been more comfortable as well as the TV location

Disliked · The beach is full of garbages and debris pushed out of sea. Need to be cleaned regularly

Disliked · Yeah hotel was half empty or some days i was just like me alone only in hotel, they don’t have than variety than by breakfast, also restaurant when I want something from the card they didnot have it, so I must go eat to other place..A cup of coffee from the bag is 2,5 dollars, I mean it is to expencive, I paid 1 time but I didnot want buy it again, than they bring me to the room 2 bags of coffee free, because I had in my room boiler and cups and sugar too..but anyway the staff is very friendly and try manage when I was asking them, when it were some problems..The hotel at weekend also open for everybody to enjoy pool and musik, many local customers, loud music, if I wanted take a nup, it was not possible..After finish to play music in hote it was starting in other newbough hotel laud until 12..like that is at Friday till Sunday, who likes afrobeats of Tanzania maybe is nice, but who has small children, or who likes to read books in holidays will be not so comfortable with that..Room was nice and very clean, beach are long and there are some bars around..to bank and shops need go with motorbike about 5000 till 8000 tansanian shillings.. In the end want say + or — it was all ok for me, the place somehow has charme and music is beautiful and gives good vibes..

Location, fast internet…the quiteness in the morning and the sound of ocean close by…the breakfast was reasonable too

Disliked · The bathtub needs to be fixed and also the matress should be changed

Its a cosy and nice hotel close to the beach, the food was delicious, i was there for lunch and dinner 😉 The restaurant is driectly at the beach so its very nice to go swimming and relax at the restaurant afterwards 🙂
