The staff was amazing the bed was very comfortable the room was very clean the food was amazing very nice the security of the hotel is also very nice and most importantly the it guy was the greatest help on my first day plus the receptionist lady 馃憣馃憣馃憣
Disliked 路 The hot bathing water took a lot of time to heat up and there wasn’t any bathing slippers in our room

Staff are very helpful inspite of shortfalls of the hotel

The manager is lazey I tried to pay the night before departure but card machine not working and no charge for USD they called the manager to bring down another machine but he was to lazey and said he would do it in the morning .the morning came and no machine no change and manager still would not solve I had to go down the street to a cash machine to pay

The food is so good. Location convinient, in the heart of Dar.
Disliked 路 The staff can be unprofessional, eg. The first time we went there they us there were no rooms while we had booked earlier and there was actually a room available. They had just not confirmed.
Second stay we were upgraded to a superior room 馃槉.

Everything else was great, specially Reception staff Innocent and the old lady we’re very kind and welcoming i really like how they attend to customer’s,
They make you feel at home.

I loved the rooms they are spacious and clean: Breakfast is fairly nice too

The location was good, staff wasn鈥檛 too bad helpful when approached.
Disliked 路 The room key, each time I come out of the room I have to take the key back to reception to recharge it so annoying.
