Sea Cliff Hotel

The view is excellent! Breakfast was pretty much the same daily. The room was nice however the bathroom could use an update. The live entertainment on the weekends was a bonus!

The breakfast is very limited in options. Also the room was very limited in the electrical outlets. Also the TV subscription channels lack varied options and interesting choices.

Location, staff, food, pool and view are all amazing.

Disliked · Booked a sea view room but was first put in a non-sea view room. Credit where it is due they did then move me after I requested it.

Rooms: spacious, comfortable beds, clean, flexible housekeeping, nice new amenities, late check-out option
Pool: lovely area
Karambezi restaurant: good service, nice view, nice breakfast, some great fresh fish dishes
Staff: most are amazing when they know you, make you feel at home

Unfriendly pool guy, only smiled and did his job when manager’s wife was around
AC temperature adjustment button didn’t work
I would suggest regular staff trainings for continuous learning/development but also of customer service (for example, I think staff should never be with their phones, even when they are idle)

The hotel is amazing, accommodating, flexible, in a great location, staff are lovely and I would definitely come back here again and again

The hotel is on the mall so everything was well for me food outlets , supermarket , deberue change

Disliked · In room 242 the glass door to the sea view had an opening which was letting hot air from outside to enter therefor affecting aircon and making the floor wet , i reported and was never attended for three days i ended up using a toilet paper to prevent air from entering , also for my three days i spent 2 days without internate

Lovely unobstructed sea views from my room.

Disliked · Room cards malfunctioned everyday. Flying insects in the early evening in the restaurant – forcing us to eat in the inside dining room.
