Ramada Resort Dar es Salaam

The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable and the buffet meals were over the top.
But the staff were the Highlight of the stay, very polite friendly and always wanting to help.

Disliked · Not being able to stay longer to enjoy the beach and pool.

The breakfast was great. There was hot and cold options – plus, there was a variety of food that included local favorites and items that could accommodate the plate of foreigners. The staff were very helpful in arranging transportation and other needs.

Disliked · The location was far from the city, so being about to access other food options for lunch or dinner was not possible. In addition, although there are signs when you enter to have masks on in all public areas, it was not enforced by staff / management. The boutique in the hotel was never open and staff were unable to help with information about the shop items.

Location of the hotel is competitive, being along the beach and surrounded by less competitive hotels that kept you over the edge of your competitors.

Disliked · Rate allocation, that dismayed me and is yet solved. I made my reservation on line that I the practise world wide. The rate was much lower than what I was told to pay at the counter when I checked in
Something is wrong some where kindly check this out before you loose customer

Service and food is excellent

Disliked · When using the shower the water most of the time extremely hot and I had to call maintenance several times to fix the problem, however it was not 100% resolved by leaving on 24 Sept. 2020

Great beautiful facilities right next to the ocean.

Disliked · Lack of staff, very few waiters. Ordering food takes so long with just 2 waiters onsite.
