Mrimba Palm Hotel

Liked · This wasn’t the first time to come to Mrimba. Manager Joseph and his staff are incredibly helpful people , rooms equipped with tv , air conditioner and great chef in the kitchen . Highly recommended! Plus the price for the service in such a quiet and pleasant area is more than pleasant

The hotel and its staff is really great! Everybody are very helpful and ready to help with every issue you might face. The room is spacy and clean. There is air conditioner, so you won’t be hot in the room. We used the transfer service provided by the hotel and got extremely satisfied.
The last but not the least, the restaurant serves tasty breakfasts and dinner for reasonable price.

Disliked · The hotel is bit out of town so there are no taxi options around, so you need to take hotel taxi which charged us 15$ for 20 min drive

Balcony view overlooking a beautiful garden terrace. Rooming with a friend who snores LOUD lol asked for another single room got it quickly with no worries. Breakfast in the morning… crepes were delicious! Young man got us checked out with a credit card quickly. Def worth the stay! Especially for the price

I stayed here before and after my Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater safari and absolutely loved it! The staff was amazing, the rooms were big and clean, the food at the restaurant/bar was plentiful and excellent. After staying here, I would not stay in another place anywhere in Arusha.

Disliked · I was working remotely while I was there, and it was a little difficult to get steady and reliable wifi from the rooms but it works fine from the restaurant/bar area.

“Friendly, but needs an influx of cash. Was almost empty, and with so few people, it is not enough to keep the place going in the style it could be. Time was when it was the only smart hotel in Mbeya, but there is lots of competition now, and it has failed to keep up. It has bags of character, but could be so much better.”

Foods at the restaurants is nice and good price. Staffs are very helpful. Wifi is strong. Room is clean.

The rooms were large and clean. The bed was comfortable. Good A/C. Prepared eggs for breakfast and coffee.

Disliked · The distance from the city center. 15 minute taxi ride to town. Slow WiFi. Small bathroom with shower over the toilet. Breakfast selection was very small.
