Mediterraneo Boutique Hotel

I think this hotel had the best service I’ve ever had in Tanzania. The owners were so kind and helpful and really did everything to make sure we had the best experience possible. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back!

Super super cool hotel fantastic weekend everything was perfect and fab breckfast the food is super well done for sure its on my list of great weekend stays

The staff are excellent and the owners just a pleasure to be around, really we like everything, the rooftop pool and hot tub is a great little place to spend sometime, breakfast really good and nothing is too much bother when you ask, again excellent owners and cant wait to come.

The small Staff, specially friendly. Too few for so many rooms. Perhaps it’s not a Boutique, but yes the best in Villeta.

The property was located away from city center of town and the staff was very friendly and the room spacious and comfortable.

Rooms are beautiful and really clean. The employees are really nice, especially Julian. He is the best employee i have seen in a long time. Everything we asked for, he was there to make it good and fast. He even took us to a bar at night and make sure we returned to the hotel.

Disliked · The owner is a little bit rude with the customers. We rented 2 rooms with another couple. We ordered a lot of food and drinks, and at the checkout she splitted the bill in half. I said that we have 2 rooms and every room will pay independently and not in half. She didn’t like that and said no (as it is easier for her to not sum every order we made). I said that i will not pay for the other couple consumption. After a few minutes she agreed to have my own bill.

Impecable service, Yohana and Zakia made our visit exceptional. Having had a career in the hospitality industry, in NYC, as a Concierge, for 35 years, the passion for service is in my heart and soul. All was excellent. The surroundings were very nice. Its a cool place the beach is right ahead.
