Mango Beach House

Everything was perfect, delicious food at Kiddo’s cafe, great hospitality, cozy rooms, beautiful decorated in the African style with an amazing beach view! Really loved the outdoor amenities to lay down on the beach. The breakfast was delicious. The host and all the staff where super nice, always available, made our stay the most authentic we could get in the local village. Really recommend it for those who seek to get close at most to the real life of Zanzibar, meet wonderful people and fall in love with the place. Special thanks to Kiddo! great host who took care of us and made our stay unforgettable, Thank you!

Everything about our stay at Mango Beach House was great. The staff are amazing and the food was incredible and great value for money.

Disliked · We could not enjoy everything the place had to offer because of the rain, but that is not their fault 😂

Amazing!! Every thing was excellent, the location, breakfast and the lounge area. We woke up extra early to watch the amazing sunrise while we could listen to the waves that was right below our balcony, can’t get much better than this!

Staff is really good, Ame especially, very nice place to stay and chill

· Everything. The staff were super lovely, food amazing and perfect location. This is an autentic place to stay if you really want to live the experience of sleep with the sound of the ocean. Also you can feel the culture because is not fancy like the others resorts around.

The stay in Mango was just perfect. Ocean view and beautiful garden with lot of sunbeds and palm trees make us feeling like in paradise. So many friendly people on one place. Especially Kiddo, who organized some trips for us. We were feeling here like at home and had lof of fun with other Mango guests. The food was delicious and for reasonable prices.
We stayed 4 nights, but we can imagine to stay longer!

Disliked · Nothing. People made our holiday unforgottable. We can highly recommend this place in Jambiani.

Disliked · The sand is too bright, so you can get blind, the food it too tasty so you can get fat, the views are too beautiful, so you don’t want to go 😉

Disliked · We didn’t have hot water in our room but the entire experience made up for it! It wasn’t an issue as it was a really hot day.

The location is stunning – right on the beach and food is delicious and tailored and the price is extremely reasonable. So calm and peaceful and the staff and owner are wonderful. Waking up I’m the morning and going to sleep with the waves is priceless. Three days turned on to eight and there’s so much space social distancing is not an issue

What an incredible place! Truly paradise on Earth. Perfect location at quiet end of Jambiani village. So nice to see local beach life just in front. Our room was lovely with a perfect view of the beach. Like staying in a beach tree house! You can tell all the decor has been specially chosen and put together. Kiddo and all his guys are very friendly and laid back. They make the most delicious pancakes as one of the options for breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights here. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere is amazing. The sense of privacy and tranquility is all you need to enjoy your holidays in Zanzibar. They only have 6 rooms which is perfect.
Coffee is very good.
Cocktails are highly recommended.
Staff are kind and helpful, even though the Zanzibar way, very slow:)

Disliked · There is some lack of maintenance in the small things that can ruin your experience if you are picky. The chairs in our balcony were broken; the lounge chairs are desperately in need of some repairing; black seeds falling from the roof on our bed, no change of towels for 3 days.
It does not ruin the experience, but be prepared to be woken up very early in the morning by kids playing football and shouting next to your door.
