Jambiani Villas

Very beautiful hotel directly at the beach, very comfortable room with a nice view, lovely people and delicious breakfast (even with hummus and guacamole)! We definitely recommend it to anyone, perfect place to stay in Jambiani.

Great boutique hotel. Large apartment, nicely furnished. Very clean and cozy. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. Responsive and very friendly staff.

Fantastic villa. Everything was just great – quality, design, comfort, breakfast, staff.
Standard of the villa is very nice – we had everything we needed and our stay was very comfortable and memorable.
Swimming pool is very comfortable and nice. There is also a beautiful garden with palms, hibiscuses and a friend – big lizard living under a terrace.
We had a beach front villa and it was the best option – highly recommended as you have privacy and still are so close to the pool. Still each villa is nice – in our location only 4 villas.
Location is wonderfull – on the beautiful beach of Jambiani but also in the village. So you can visit both with no problem. Jambiani is also a unique place with its very intensive tides making the views and water colors incredible and real local life in the village with nice people.
Breakfast was very good with all eggs types and many adds.

Our villa was about 600 meters from the restaurant were a breakfast was served – walk by the beach. For us morning walk wasn’t a problem at all, it was even a nice thing to do before and after eating. Still it is something you need to consider when planing your stay in Jambiani Villas.

· Friendly staff, owner very helpful in getting informations about Covid regulations. Appartment clean and nice, breakfast excellent, we liked guacamole 😁. Programs organized professionally, also price akceptable. Would come again.

Amazing very well designed and comfortable place with lots of privacy (only 4 villas) perfect for families with kids. New, fresh, clean and very spacious, the staff is super friendly and very professional. We will definitely be back with our future kids 🙂

Disliked · The information about lunch/dinner prices on booking was not applied which was a little disappointing but there are plenty places around to have great food.
Jambiany beach is also little disappointing with low ties and lots of seaweeds but it has nothing to do with the hotel itself

The staff was AMAZING!!!
The view to the ocean in the morning, the salty smell of the ocean.
But without the people from the restaurant, front office, especially Diana, Charles and Crys, it would be just another place for vacation.
So Thank You Guys!!

The villas look great. The apartments are in the second row and make you feel a bit like you are there second to the villas

The villa facing the beach was a dream! It was beautiful with breathtaking views and very clean. I loved everything about the property.

Disliked · No food or drinks on site and staff not available after a certain time. The walk for breakfast was abit long.

The size of the villa, the comfort, the relaxed friendly ambiance of the managers and staff. Diana the waitress was amazing at helping me arrange a Covid test/transportation. Dawid the manager was just so pleasant to talk to and have a laugh with. All the staff were very nice. Breakfast was super tasty, especially the home made jam.

Disliked · Even though the breakfast was amazing, all the hot dishes were egg based, which I don’t eat. Although there was pancakes which were again delicious, but not for four days, I’m sure if I asked for Avo on toast they would of done it.
If I had to be picky, the sun lounger needs to be restringed for support.
My biggest thing I didnt like (I only can say this, bcz JV was booked up when I wanted to extend) the shampoo/body wash seems to have been watered down, as the same one being used in another hotel was much better. This went for hand wash also.

Loved the location right on the beach. Jambiani Villas has an intimate feel, and all the staff were super helpful. We felt very at ease relaxing there, either eating at La Shira restaurant, or swimming in the pool or sea. The manager of the restaurant also did her best to ensure there were vegan options for us — and some were truly excellent like the coconut oat pudding for breakfast, and the vegan curry.

Disliked · The family room was a little on the small side but was very comfortable with a King Size bed (my wife, 3 year old son and I all slept together in it without any issues. The kitchen was a tad small to get into the groove of cooking, so we ate out all the time. No bad thing as Paje has some great places too!
