Very close to airport and great with transportation to and from hotel. Food in the kitchen was very good and the employees were very nice.

Disliked · Lots of street noise but nothing the hotel can do about that. Had several blackouts a day, but they didn’t last long. Kitchen was overwhelmed one night and after waiting 2 hours for a pizza we just cancelled the order and went to supermarket right next to hotel and bought food.

Workers are very helpful and friendly. You qlways feel loved around.

Disliked · Overcharge hotel car rental. This was not good, the property is close by airport which is great for travelers but this restrict those who are visiting the city. Hotel must make available and responsible rate transport to town.

Conveniently located near the airport, large rooms, good quality tv channels, excellent gym, friendly staff, free airport pickup and drop.

Disliked · The view is airport industrial area, nothing much to do about.

The bed and bedding were so comfi!! And a hot shower after few weeks of cold showers was amazing! The rooms are huge, everything seems to work well. Breakfast offers a lot of options. For me not wanting to stay in Dar, this hotel is also great due to the 5-ish minutes ride from the airport, with free pick up.
Sauna works fine, however you will hear the gym-music perfectly as it is literally situated within the gym.

Disliked · I stayed 2 separate nights, some of the staff are very friendly some of them aren’t. Especially my second stay the staff on arrival at the reception just basically stared blank at me & ignored me, and then continued chitchatting to each other.
Information what the Wellness options are, took some time to clarify (:they offer massage 1 hr-$40 / half an hour, no options and you can arrange it through the reception).

Disliked · 1. Booked for 2 people but only one bathing towel was left for us.
2. Felt uncomfortable due to the occupants in the next room, seems had sex all night and the woman screamed on top of her voice through out. Disturbed our sleep
3. The shower, glasses were not cleaned.

Food was very nice staff very friendly. This is a hotel close to the airport and should be used as such. You won’t need more than a night here. Change

Disliked · Location not great. No pool or similar facilities and no real place to relax in the hotel besides your own bedroom.

Proximity to the airport

Disliked · I’ve stayed here 3-4 times and doubt I’ll be staying here again.
I only stay there cos we arrive at late hours and I’m very tired to hop in a cab going into town.
This last time, there was a leak from the bathroom and a smell.
Other times it was power failure and the Generator didn’t work, Internet was down another time etc

They really need good coffee. I was surprised by the coffee and breakfast wasn’t that exceptional.
