Customer Service was excellent through all departments; Reception, House keeping, Restaurants, Executive Lounge, Concierge and Security. Well done!

Disliked · 1.When booking though Booking.com, IHG points are not allocated! It should not be zero points, there has to be a nominal number atleast.
2.No secluded parking, hence Security exposure.

The hotel is located in a busy part of Dar Es Salaam and conveniently located near where I needed to be. I shared a twin “executive” room which was ok. The breakfast was good, a varied selection of traditional western breakfast items and some East African ones. No pork dishes available.

Disliked · The bathroom was poor and in need of an update.

The staff were so lovely and friendly, could t do enough.

Disliked · the room has damp smell. It was very disturbing. i had to keep the windows open.

The location for my travel schedule was right on point. The facilities were ample and clean. The breakfast was very well prepared and displayed. The staff was tops! Well trained and personable people are the difference makers. I will be back.

Disliked · There was a musky smell that was almost to much to sleep through. Everything else was fine.

i had booked for 3 nights but i was told i did for 2 so had to arrange for a different hotel after which wasnt in my plans

All good accept the dinner serving at the Helipad restaurant. Breakfast excellent.

Disliked · For a Vegatable sandwhich which should generalt take max 15mins – i waited for an hour plus.
When i inquired on the delay i was informed that the kitchen was busy preparing food for a larger group.

Front desk help was very good. Staff was always courteous and helpful. Room delivery was very good. Rooms were reasonable cost.

Disliked · Toilet paper was difficult to tear. Soap was small and not soapy. Couldn’t drink the water. Front desk help was very good.

Excellent Service.
My IHG card number couldn’t be retrieved without the number. Plz think on having a full integrated system to easier this. A customer might forget his card but still be able to benefits out of his stay.

The bed was comfortable. I liked the variety of pillows they offered. The ambience, the room facilities were all well thought out.

Disliked · The spa is small and should not be within the gymn. Its like it was an after thought.
