The location of the hotel was perfect for my stay. The rooms were clean and everything worked well.

Disliked · My key didn’t work a couple of times and I always had to walk to the front desk to have it sorted.

Super friendly staff that would accommodate any requirement. Outstanding breakfast and the ginger tea at the coffee shop was out of this world!

I thought we might be dissatisfied after reading the reviews but we found the place beautiful, the facilities adequate and the staff amazing and attentive. Amazing pool with amazing view and great breakfast included each day.

Disliked · While the facilities are fine the place is a bit rundown and one can tell it used to be much nicer in its heyday. However don’t let that discourage you, it is still worth the price and we were pleasantly surprised. They went above and beyond in every way. The pool was great as well

The view from the Hotel terrace is really nice with its see side. As this area can be also entered by external pool guest, this is by no means a justification to visit this premise.

Disliked · The whole building needs renovations and the state of the water in the pool everything except clear most of the time. Also, as the hotel terrace with the pool is open for external visitors, the area gets crowded in the afternoon.

The member of staffs are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious. The food at the Bar abd Grill was very nice and the location is perfect.

Disliked · The condition of the hotel is poor. No hot water and I had to call the maintenance guy to fix the hot water twice in my 3 days stay. The hotel public area is leaking when it rains! The coffee shop is raining inside – I am not kidding, the staff are moping the floor constantly, water coming though the large screen in the coffee shop, water running down the beautiful curve stairs in the main lobby, water everywhere! That was Tuesday 8th October 2019, when heaven opened.

The hotel is located in a great place, just by the beach and surrounded by many great restaurants. There is also a very beautiful pool with the view of the ocean. We had a balcony with beautiful view of the ocean and part of the road.

Disliked · It needs some serious overhaul. The paint is coming off the walls, the room and hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and the bathroom was really distasteful. There isn’t much option in the breakfast buffet.
