2. Staff entered in my room without permission, and it was not time to check out

Disliked · 8AM A staff comes in my room, knocks at my door non-stop when i was still changing just from the bathroom then while I was trying to change he pushed the door without my authority. Reason for him coming to my room was only to ask if I needed anything to eat when I didn’t even requested for anything to eat, I mean there’s a phone in the room, if I needed anything I could just contact them.
He proceeded to ask about what time am checking Out when it’s written that checking out time is between 10am to 12noon.
I didn’t like this at all. I don’t know what his intentions were.

Staff were friendly. Food was good. Hotel was clean.

Disliked · Bathroom was older. Had a shower curtain. Bed was a bit hard. Staff were friendly, but the restaurant is extremely slow, especially given that this hotel is in thr business district.

Everything else was great, the location, great ambiance, welcoming and professional staff. Nice breakfast with variety of options from local to international cuisine. I loved the sauna and steam room and late access to gym and pool… until 10pm

Disliked · The room is a bit smaller and the TV was not LED with limited channels. No value for money for this reason

The location of the hotel was good in the city center, the staff was helpful very friendly and the food was nice. It was a silent hotel except afternoon.

Disliked · I think it could be cleaner and they could have more continental food to offer.

Great location, rooms very comfortable. Wifi was good. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were all very friendly, even the lady in the hotel shop was friendly and helpful. Taxis outside the hotel were all professional and available whenever needed.

Disliked · Service when we ordered a snack lunch at the bar was very slow and the food could have been better in the bar.

Size of the room is ample. The hotel has great ambience and is like a little quiet oasis amid the hubbub of Dar Es Salaam.
