CBD Hotel

I liked how they quickly respond to a query or if need be for something to be fixed or changed in the room. And the workers were so friendly ll definitely visit CBD again….

Location was good, staff were good, rooms were small, food was good, gym was good but little old

I liked the location, cleanliness and baby facilities like providing a baby crib.

Disliked · We have stayed there twice on different occasions and the fridge in the rooms never work, we even complain but no one checks it up.
The rooms don’t have proper ventilation. The window is so small.

I liked the food and breakfast, staff were friendly in the restaurant Irine was really nice.
The bathroom was nice and clean.
The beds were clean and comfortable.
The cleaning ladies were nice.
Magdalena made our stay pleasant and would return again because of her. Benson the porter was also very helpful and nice and went the extra mile.
Over all it is a good stay, with a few adjustments it can be great.

Disliked · 1. Water was dropping from the AC in room 217 once tuned off. Not sure if this is within their control with condensation etc.
2. The bin containers in the room have a smell so I recommend to wash them regularly as there are no liners provided so residue dropped in the bins smell overtime.
3. The fridge wasn’t working, I would recommend to check before allocated to customer.
4. The Spa needs a lot more ambiance the ladies are nice but the towels used during the massage, I recommend to use white and fresh ones. This may encourage customers to have more than one session of massage.
-They should provide one towel for the bottom half and one for the top half for the ladies in the first instance.
The towel used for my session may have been washed but the green one it didn’t smell so fresh.
There is so much effort made to ensure towels provided in the room are fresh I recommend this for the spa. Ambiance is everything, light some candles and play some relaxing music.
-The lining cloths on the massage beds are old and looked dirty.
5. The employer should pay all employees well so that they are able to prioritise necessities to maintain personal hygiene and afford deodorant. The mechanics for the fridge were smelling so this can be off putting.

Food was good but of too little quantity. Staff was kind and very helpful.

Disliked · Some elements of the WC were not functionning or needed to be replaced.

Staff very helpful and always polite with a smile (special thanks to Yohane and security guards at main gate).
Very good WiFi , location, breakfast, very clean, COVID-19 measures very functional!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms modern and clean.

Location, close to the city centre, food was homely ( Indian food with mix of eastern and continental )
